This morning was the most beautiful sunrise, and now it’s almost time to go to bed. Today is a sea day and we’re heading home already. It seems like we just embarked.
If you’ve never spent a day at sea, it’s an incredible experience. You get up, look at your “to do” list, check off the box by “nothing” and then start doing just that. After all the hard work and incredible education, we’ve all earned a day off before we return to our legal nurse consulting businesses.
Today, I’ll wander around the ship to see what kind of mischief the CLNC® consultants are up to – climbing the rock wall, dropping into the “Ultimate Abyss,” laying by the pool or just hanging out in Central Park. There’s so many Certified Legal Nurse Consultants and so many places to go and things to do onboard. Some will even get in a last day of shopping.
Lucky for me, there’s nothing on my agenda other than poolside networking and the NACLNC Farewell Reception.
Tonight we’ll close out the cruise and say our tearful goodbyes to our new friends, family and CLNC colleagues. But that’s not until 6:30pm tonight in the Music Hall on Deck 8, aft, so I’ve got plenty of time to relax (and maybe a nap or massage or workout) before then. After that, well it’s our last NACLNC networking dinner and our last chance to create new business connections and CLNC friendships that will last a lifetime.
More tomorrow!
P.S. See you at the Farewell Reception!
