This morning I struggled to get my body to the gym and easily had 10 reasons why I needed to skip my workout and stay in bed. Almost all of the reasons related to the work piled up on my credenza and some to the comfort of my pillow.
I recently mentored a new Certified Legal Nurse Consultant who had been unjustly terminated from her RN job at the hospital. She had a flawless 25-year record and strongly suspected the termination had to do with a particular physician she had reported to administration.
I was complaining to a friend about the life of my iPhone® battery. My friend, who’s not normally on the cutting edge of tech, told me that I had too many background apps running and that I should shut them all down. This (finger waving in the air) he claimed was adversely affecting my battery life.
