A testifying experience in a pressure ulcer case has been my most memorable so far. My primary focus after launching my CLNC® business was review cases for attorneys as a consulting expert, not as a testifying expert. The thought of doing depositions, arbitration hearings and trials were definitely not in my immediate plan. Three months after launching my CLNC business, I was hired as a testifying expert.
