One of my vendors Matthew (the name has been changed to protect the guilty) recently dropped the ball. Because he has a great track record all he really needed to do was acknowledge it and we would have gotten quickly back on track. But instead of owning his mistake, he chose to ignore it, apparently just wishing it would all disappear.
Today when I was working out with my trainer, it seemed I was doing everything wrong. It didn’t matter if I was doing a chest-press, a squat or even lying flat on my back in exhaustion – he was correcting me. This could have had something to do with my late night hanging with friends (or not).
I asked two CLNC® Pros to share a situation where they’ve saved their attorney-client’s case. Whether saving a case means figuring it out when the medical expert can’t, or coming through despite a tight deadline, the result is the same.
