Do you wake up happy and ready to see what the day has in store for you? Or do you wake up to mental clutter and negativity? What’s an unhappy person to do?
Go back to a moment in time when you laughed, embraced life joyfully and famously got along with others. Who were you in that moment in time? Who are you today and what’s different? Take small steps to reignite the happy you.
It’s interesting how the happier I am, the happier I am. Happiness is a not a condition – it’s a choice. I learned this from my grandmother who had multiple sclerosis. MaMa Pearl spent most of her adult life in a wheelchair or confined to bed, yet she was one of the happiest people I’ve known. She taught me this valuable lesson and I’m happier for it.
Life is too short to waste being unhappy. Decide today and every day, nothing (especially you) will get in the way of choosing happiness.
Success Is Yours!

My happiness increased once I realized I couldn’t change my husband, I couldn’t change my family, I couldn’t change my coworkers, and I was not responsible to do so. I could take em’ or leave em’. Now I focus on me and what I want to do.
