Vickie Milazzo's Thoughts for Success

Thoughts for Success: The Right Way IS the Easy Way

At LegalNurse.com, one of our guiding principles is we do what’s right, not what’s easy. That principle has guided me my entire life, first through my RN hospital job, next as a legal nurse consultant and finally in training and mentoring Certified Legal Nurse Consultants.

What unsuccessful people often miss in life is that the right way IS the easy way. I don’t always get it right the first time, but I always aim for right because I prefer to not have to remedy, correct or redo which is always a whole lot harder.

Whether you’re going into an interview, screening a case, writing a report as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant or just making a difficult decision – do it right the first time. When you do, you’ll be impressed (hopefully not overly surprised) by just how easy doing it the right way is.

I’m Just Sayin’

P.S. Comment and share whether you agree or disagree that the right way IS the easy way.

  1. Doing the right thing is not always easy. Being a patient advocate as a nurse is hard, but the right thing to do.
A CLNC® road is not easy, but the right thing for me to do. It has improved my life in many ways. There are a lot of medical-related law suits out there and it may be difficult to change the health system for the better. My vision for my CLNC® business is “Free to fully act upon improving the Health Care Business one case at a time.”
If being a CLNC® was easy then every nurse in the country would be doing it.
