Guest sharing stateroom, but not attending the Conference: deduct $650 before
August 24, 2012 and $850 after August 25, 2012.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations occurring on or before August 24, 2012 receive a full refund.
- Cancellations occurring between August 25, 2012 and
December 27, 2012 receive a full refund less the $250 deposit.
- Cancellations occurring between December 28, 2012 and
January 27, 2013, receive a 50% (less taxes and fees) refund.

Vickie Milazzo Institute is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
