Carolyn, you’re an inspiration! Thanks for sharing your story.
Carolyn: I am so glad to hear your story and that there is longevity in legal nurse consulting. So often I see nurses working in their 70s and they are tired and feel they cannot quit because social security is not enough income to retire. I am 57 and I look forward to staying the course to have a better choice when I am ready to retire. The CLNC® business has a low overhead on expenses, is affordable, and has no pressure if you do it right. Looking forward to meeting you on the next NACLNC® Conference cruise in 2015.
Carolyn,
CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!
You are truly an inspiration. I think it is wonderful that we who are older (wiser?) can still participate in helping our “patients” (now clients) just as we have done for a very long time. I am 66 and still working 12 hour nights. I LOVE bedside nursing, but lifting large patients is getting to be too much. I still want to take care of people and help them understand the healthcare world.
I hope to hear more about the startup of your business. Again, congratulations and may the “SPIRITS OF THE GOOD NURSES” follow and guide you.
Most Sincerely,
Jan
Thank you, Carolyn, for sharing your story. At 62, I am just starting out as a CLNC® consultant. I’m glad we have options that allow us to work into our 70s and 80s from anywhere. You’re an inspiration to me. You ARE a successful CLNC®!
