Tom’s Tuesday Tech Tip: Which Legal Nurse Consulting Accessory Is Dirtier than a Toilet Seat?

I’ve been working with and around Certified Legal Nurse Consultants for a long time and one of the things I’ve learned is that nurses are generally germ-o-phobics. Vickie tells me nurses don’t sit on toilets – they squat. I’ve seen nurses walk out of restrooms with their hands mummy-wrapped in paper towels so that they don’t have to touch the door handle. All CLNC consultants know that there are a lot of scary germs out there and they do their best to avoid the obvious ones.

Tom’s Tuesday Tech Tip: Kindle Me This Batman – Can I Read Kindle Books on My Certified Legal Nurse Consulting iPhone?

Holy sockpuppets, it turns out you can! I know that more than a few Certified Legal Nurse Consultants have thrown themselves on Amazon.com’s Kindle bandwagon. Others are waiting to see what other ereaders come on the market (like Apple’s iPad). Amazon has struck first by making Kindle-reading apps for certain BlackBerrys, the iPhone, iPad, any Windows-based PC and even Macs!

Tom’s Tuesday Tech Tip: Apple iPad – Kindle-Killer or Legal Nurse Consultant Must-Have?

I had a chance to stand in line and look at the iPad this past week. As I always am with Apple products, I was very impressed with quality and display. It seemed to be an iPod Touch with a monster steroid problem, a little big to clip to your belt and too limited to replace your laptop.
