Vickie Milazzo's Thoughts for Success

Thoughts for Success: Easy or Right? Others Might Not Know the Difference but What Counts Is That You Do

Every day we face myriad choices, which involve everything we do from the foods we choose to how we perform on our legal nurse consultant jobs.

Thoughts for Success: Easy or Right? Others Might Not Know the Difference but What Counts is that You Do

Every choice requires us to face the question: Do it the right way or the easy way? Even if no one else knows the difference, you do. Your attorney might not know that you didn’t put your all into the legal nurse consultant job you just completed, but you do, and that’s what counts.

At first, the short cuts might not hurt you or your relationships with your attorney-clients, but over time the quality of what you do, and the integrity of who you are, are degraded. Professional relationships follow suit.

When you find yourself looking for the easy way out, or for a way to put less than 110% into your legal nurse consultant jobs, ask yourself whether you’re more willing to live with the results of “easy or right?” You get to decide and you get to live with whichever decision you make. Choose right!

Success Is Yours!

P.S. Comment and share how you make the right choices for your legal nurse consulting business.

  1. Right on, Vickie! I think we learn early on in our nursing careers that shortcuts with patients will lead to bad outcomes. It is the same with our legal nurse consulting business.
