Today we board the Harmony of the Seas, the largest cruise ship ever built and certainly the largest ship I’ve ever been on.
It was intimidating to see something this large in the Fort Lauderdale port, but it’s comforting to know that there will be plenty of room for all the Certified Legal Nurse Consultants and their families attending the 2017 NACLNC Conference Cruise. I’ve already got a list of at least 16 fun activities on this ship I’m not going to miss. But first I’ve got to handle the important stuff.
This evening we have MANDATORY NACLNC Conference Registration at 7:30pm. We’ll all meet up in Dazzles on Deck 8 to register. I’m sure everyone will be at registration early because the NACLNC Welcome Reception starts as soon as you get signed in. Dress is casual and cabinmates are welcome to attend. Then, with tropical drinks, tasty snacks and business cards in hand, you can start networking with your CLNC® colleagues and get your CLNC legs on in style!
Right after Conference Registration we’ll meet at 8:30pm in the American Icon Dining Room for our first networking dinner. Tonight (the first night on board) you have to sit at your assigned table, but after tonight you can move around as much as you want. This is a great chance to expand your pool of CLNC subcontractors, and have a great meal too!
After dinner, I’m going out on the deck for some of that tropical air, romantic moonlight and to raise a toast to the fun and education ahead.
P.S. This is my first NACLNC Conference Cruise update. If you couldn’t make it this year you can join your legal nurse consultant colleagues vicariously by reading these blogs and following my Facebook updates.
P.P.S. Comment and wish your CLNC peers smooth sailing and a fun cruise!
