Kim will also be following up with several mass tort litigators who were impressed by her legal nurse consulting experience on mass tort cases with a different law firm. She is going home with “a ton of contacts” all of whom she has talked with about specific cases and each attorney’s needs. Kim and her attorney-prospects have already set specific dates and times to follow up on these initial discussions.
