As a member of the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants (NACLNC®) you are part of a thriving, growing and ever-changing organization. The legal nurse consulting specialty is what it is because of each of you. Legal nurse consulting is not a separate entity. You ARE legal nurse consulting. Together we are part of one organism – you could say we are each other’s harvest and each other’s business.
Every action you take as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant has the potential to yield business for your CLNC® peers. For example, when you produce a high-quality work product for attorney-clients, the word gets out and your CLNC peers benefit as much as you do. To illustrate this point, a CLNC consultant shared that one of her attorney-clients loves Certified Legal Nurse Consultants. I asked, “Who else does he consult with?” and she replied, “No one. But he loves me, so he loves all of us and has told many of his attorney colleagues about the value of using a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant on all medical-related cases.”
