Is It Time to Resurrect the Core Marketing Strategies for Your Legal Nurse Consulting Business?

Yesterday I mentored a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant who is noticing that her CLNC® business has plateaued. She’s been on a pretty nice ride for a while, but now she’s ready to grow. She admits she hasn’t been paying much attention to the business itself – she’s just been trying to keep up with her legal nurse consulting jobs from attorney-clients.

My advice, “It’s simple – go back and duplicate the core marketing strategies (networking, referrals, exhibiting, etc.) you used to obtain your current attorney-clients.” I also recommended she start subcontracting more to ensure the ease of adding new attorneys and new cases without loss of quality work product.

All legal nurse consultants have been guilty at one time or another of not taking the time to duplicate the strategies that made us successful to begin with. What about you? Is it time to resurrect the core marketing strategies for your legal nurse consulting business?

P.S. Comment here to share how you duplicate the core marketing strategies that have worked for you in your legal nurse consulting business.
