Every Day Can Be Thanksgiving for Certified Legal Nurse Consultants
Thanksgiving is a special day that I try to celebrate 365 days a year. Every night before we go to sleep, Tom and I say one nice thing about each other. It’s a tradition we have carried out our entire married life. I admit that some days it’s easy and other days it’s easier. I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. This tradition reminds us of the blessings we have in each other, in our friends, family and in all of the Certified Legal Nurse Consultants we love. That one tradition guarantees that we almost always end our day on a happy and grateful note.
RNs get beat up a lot in their hospital jobs. Stop giving the hospital, your supervisor or that arrogant physician the power to take away your happiness. It’s yours to own. Take back your happiness by ending your day with gratitude for all the good in your life.
I’ve also started applying this tradition of gratitude when I first wake up. If I’m not careful, I can wake up fully loaded for bear and mentally off and running in my business even before I take time to fully center myself with my first cup of healthy green tea. The result of starting my day with gratitude is transformational.
Thanksgiving is a reminder that life is a miracle. Start and end your day with gratitude and you’ll find that the middle soon takes care of itself. Make every day a day of thanks.
