CLNC® Success Story: Certified Legal Nurse Consultant Gets First Cases from Two Attorneys Just Before and Just After the CLNC® Certification Examination

Congratulations to Shari Diorio, RN, BSN, CLNC who received her first cases at the CLNC Certification Seminar in Las Vegas. Watch Shari tell her story of how she received cases from two different attorneys, the first literally just minutes before the CLNC Certification Exam started and the second case just after the exam, while she was at the reception!

In Shari’s own words, “It doesn’t get better than this!”

Success Is Inside!

P.S. Comment to congratulate Shari on such a fantastic start to her career as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant.

  1. Congrats Shari! What a boost to hear how fast you are up and running! Excellent! My CLNC® Certification Exam is in 26 hours and seeing your testimony was that little something I needed to keep my head in the game! Thank you for sharing your most fabulous news 🙂 !

  2. Congratulations to you Shari!!! I can only hope that I am 1/3 as fortunate as you were in getting a case so quickly! I am working on the CLNC® Home-Study Certification Program. If you have any pointers, I welcome them. 😀

  3. That is awesome! You go girl! The power of positive thought! Good luck on your new cases!

  4. Shari, we met in Vegas at the CLNC® 6-Day Certification Seminar and I knew about the first case but didn’t realize you had two cases before you even left the seminar. Congratulations!
    Take Care.

  5. Shari, I have a Bachelors in business but only an associates in nursing. Would it be to my advantage to get my BSN? Thanks, Barbara

  6. Barbara,

You don’t need a BSN to sit for the CLNC® Certification Exam. Attorneys are more interested in your clinical expertise than your level of education. This is particularly true if you plan to work behind the scenes as a consulting expert. Emphasize your years of experience in the clinical setting. Also point out that you review medical records on a daily basis in the clinical setting, that you are familiar with the standards of care for both medical and nursing professionals and that you know the inner workings of the healthcare system. Degrees do become more important if you plan to testify.
