Congrats David! I wish you the best. I work in a busy, large stepdown unit and I can understand the frustration. It is great how you turned something negative into something positive. I took Vickie's Legal Nurse Consulting Intro Seminar which I thought was great in Chicago since then I have been looking forward to the CLNC^® 6-Day Certification Seminar in Vegas this October and November. I am at a point in my career where I need more of a challenge so I am highly looking forward to tackling the CLNC^® challenge that lies ahead. Thanks again for sharing.

This is a great success story David. I have been a RN for 11 years and have recently completed my MBA degree. I am a bit frustrated at my current job as I feel there is not much room for improvement.
