As excited as I am about this year's NACLNC^® Conference, I cannot express how excited I am about next year’s NACLNC^® Conference and I am already signed up!!! Attending the Conferences is one of my strategies to stay connected with CLNC^® peers and is the easiest and most enjoyable way to do it. Also, meeting the CLNC^® Mentors, speakers, and networking with fellow CLNC^® consultants is the best place to practice networking and assertive interaction skills. Vickie provides this environment for us and I take full advantage. I also stand in line for my chance to greet Vickie and share with her one of my great ideas. I was a little intimidated at my first post-certification conference feeling like I still had so much to learn. But Vickie was there greeting everyone shaking hands and giving away heart-felt hugs of which unexpectedly came my way. If you long for camaraderie with nursing peers and a real connection with your teacher like I do, I'll see you in Nashville. I will be looking for you Tommie.
