		<description>I first learned the importance of this as a student nurse back in the dark ages when I was assisting a surgeon. Out of the corner of my eye I saw an instrument slip off the sterile field. My &quot;oops&quot; elicited a rap on the knuckles by the surgeon: &quot;He might hear you. How would YOU feel if you heard someone say &#039;oops&#039; while you&#039;re paralyzed on the table?&quot; The wrong word said in the wrong place at the wrong time can rattle around one&#039;s brain for an eternity. There&#039;s a cute Sunday School ditty that says: &quot;Be Careful Little Mouth, What You Say....&quot;</description>
