To cancel, notify the Institute in writing at 5615 Kirby Drive, Suite 425, Houston, TX 77005-2448 OR mail@LegalNurse.com by February 28, 2010, and your payment will be refunded. Written cancellations received between March 1 and March 9, 2010 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. No full or partial refunds will be made if you cancel after March 9, 2010.
