Seminar Cancellation and Transfer Policy
To receive a refund or to transfer without a fee, the Institute
must receive your written notice at least 15 days before the seminar. Less than 15
days and at least 3 days in advance, if you request a transfer in writing and pay
a $100 processing fee, you will receive an Institute raincheck toward any of our
seminars good for one year from date of original purchase.
No refunds, rainchecks or transfers will be granted for any request received
less than 3 days prior to the seminar. No refunds after a transfer. No transfers
allowed more than one year after purchase.
For VIP and Executive CLNC® Success Systems and
the NACLNC® Apprenticeship, there are no partial
refunds.
Once you submit the CLNC® Certification Exam application
or take the exam, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
