One of my favorite quotes of Edison “If we did all the things we are capable of, we would astound ourselves” guides me in how I mentor Certified Legal Nurse Consultants. I ascribe to the buck up school when I mentor because I see what you’re capable of, even when you can’t yet see it for yourself.
You’re a nurse, you can do anything. And you already have countless times in your nursing career. Honor this astonishing fact.
Be clear in your intention that you will do all that you are capable of in 2017 and yes, you’ll astound attorney-clients, family, friends and CLNC® colleagues. You might even astound you! 🙂
