I respect RNs and Certified Legal Nurse Consultants who don’t like to make mistakes. After all, saving lives, doing a superlative legal nurse consultant job or providing stellar service to an attorney-client begins with the intention to not err.
No matter your intention, mistakes are inevitable and the higher you aim, the more mistakes you can expect to make. As Edward John Phelps suggests, the only RNs and Certified Legal Nurse Consultants who make no mistakes are the ones not making anything.
Don’t let the fear of making mistakes stop you in your tracks. Go ahead, give yourself permission to make all of the mistakes essential to propel you to legal nurse consulting success.
Success Is Yours!
P.S. Comment here and share whether the fear of mistakes stops you in your tracks.
I love this post. I have been talking to myself along these lines. I am very hard on myself when I make a mistake and I know I will be when I make a mistake as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant as well, but this post adds a whole new perspective to the reality of making mistakes. It’s very liberating to know that mistakes are the stepping stones to greatness… Thank you so much Vickie 🙂
