When I started my legal nurse consultant business in 1982 my financial goal was to match my nursing salary. I wasn’t chasing success, I was chasing fulfillment in my nursing career.
The Certified Legal Nurse Consultants most likely to succeed don’t chase success as the goal. Success is nothing more than the prize gained from fulfilling a mission and serving others. Chasing success is a trap, and it’s one you don’t want to fall into. Fulfill your passion and mission, add a dose of hard work and you’ll realize success is a brass ring you don’t have to grab, but one that falls into your lap.
