At a 6-Day Seminar, return your materials by noon on Day 4. You'll receive a full tuition refund, no questions asked. All requests to return must be in writing by mail or email.

To receive a refund or to transfer the CLNC^® 6-Day Certification Seminar, the Institute must receive your written notice at least 15 days before the event.

No refunds, rainchecks or transfers will be granted for any request received less than 15 days prior to the event. No refunds after a transfer. No transfers allowed more than one year after purchase.

For VIP and Executive CLNC^® Success Systems, there are no partial refunds.

Once you submit the CLNC^® Certification Exam application or take the exam, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
