To receive a refund or to transfer the 6-Day CLNC^® Certification Seminar, the Institute must receive your written notice at least 15 days before the event.

No refunds, rainchecks or transfers will be granted for any request received less than 15 days prior to the event. No refunds after a transfer. No transfers allowed more than one year after purchase.
