SLM Financial Application Instructions

  1. Call the Institute at 800.880.0944 to apply and a CLNC® Career Advisor will assist you. Completely fill out the highlighted sections A and C of the SLM Financial Career Training LoanSM application at right (type or use black ink). NOTE: Only fill out Section B if using a co-borrower.

  2. If you need to make corrections, cross out the errors. Do not use correction fluid. Write in the correct information and be sure to initial your corrections.

  3. Sign and date the bottom of the application. (Have co-borrower sign if applicable.)

  4. Print out and complete the order form. The order form MUST accompany your loan application.

  5. Send the loan application AND the order form to Vickie Milazzo Institute. For fastest approval either fax both sides of your application/order form or call today.
